How credits, downloads and refunds work
No. PetArtGen sells a one-time portrait credit, not a monthly plan. One credit unlocks one finished portrait and is valid for 30 days. There is nothing recurring to cancel.
Credits are spent when you unlock a finished portrait in high resolution without a watermark. That unlock also includes the square, 4:5, 3:2 and phone wallpaper crops of the same portrait.
Partly. Every account gets 2 free watermarked previews once you are signed in — enough to see your own pet in a style, not enough to work through all eight. You only spend credits when you unlock the high-resolution file.
Credits from a purchased pack are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. The exact expiry is always shown on your credits page.
Checkout is handled by Stripe. The payment methods offered there depend on what Stripe makes available for your device and region. We never see or store your card details.
Credits are only charged after a generation succeeds, so a failed attempt does not cost you anything. If you were charged for a result that is clearly broken, contact us and we will refund the credits or the purchase. See our refund policy for the full terms.
No. The price shown at checkout is what you pay. There is no recurring charge, no per-download fee and nothing added later.
